Viewing CTR History

The system enables you to view details of past CTRs of the selected customer.

To view CTR history

1. Search a KYC.
   If the customer type is corporate, the KYC - Corporate Details screen appears.
   If the customer type is individual, the KYC - Personal Details screen appears.

2. On the navigation pane, under the View KYC section, click the CTR History link.
   The KYC - CTR History screen appears.

3. View the details as required.
