The system enables you to view the pending all alerts report.
To view pending all alerts report
Click the Pending
All Alerts link.
The Pending All Alerts screen
appears.
Specify the following field details.

Type the customer number. |
Region/Zone/Branch Name

Select the appropriate region/zone/branch whose report is to be viewed, from the drop-down list. |
From Date |
Select the date from the drop-down list, from when you want to view the report. |
To Date |
Select the date from the drop-down list, till when you want to view the report. |
Report Format Type |
Select the appropriate report format from the drop-down list. For example, PDF |
Click the View
button.
A separate report window appears.
View the report as required.
