Analysing Transaction Deviation % Trend

The system calculates the percentage trend of transaction deviation during the day end process. The Customer Deviation Analysis graph depicts the customer wise credit/debit deviation.

To analyse Transaction Deviation % Trend

  1. Access the Analysis module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Transaction Deviation % Trend link.
    The Transaction Deviation % Trend screen appears.

  3. Specify the following field details.

Field

Description

From Date

Select the date from the drop-down list, from when you want to view the graph.

To Date

Select the date from the drop-down list, till when you want to view the graph.

Customer Type

Select the type of customer from the drop-down list.

Industry Type

Select the type of industry from the drop-down list.

Deviation Type

Select the type of deviation from the drop-down list.

Graph Type

Select the type of graph from the drop-down list.

  1. Click the View Graph button.
    The graph appears.

  2. View the graph as required.

Click the Prev or Next link to navigate through the previous or next page of the list, respectively.
