Scanning Results for Suspicious Customers

At the day end the system runs the day-end process and lists all the suspicious customers. The system enables you to scan the results of the suspicious customers.

To scan results for suspicious customers

  1. Access the CIP module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Scan Result link.
    The Scan Result screen appears.

  3. Specify the following field details.

Field

Description

Scan Type

To scan result based on beneficiary name, select the TXN option from the drop-down list.

To scan result based on customer name, select the CIP option from the drop-down list.

To scan result based on both beneficiary and customer name, select the ALL option from the drop-down list.

Status

Select the status from the drop-down list.

List Name

Select the list name from the drop-down list.

Scan Date Range

 

From

Select the date from the drop-down list, from when you want to scan result.

To

Select the date from the drop-down list, till when you want scan result.

  1. Click the Submit button.
    The SDN Details screen appears. The violations are grouped by customers.

  2. Click the No of Matches link of the appropriate customer to view the details.
    A separate SDN Details window appears displaying the scan result.

  3. View the details as required.
