The system enables you to search linked customers based on transactions between them.
To view transaction based analysis
Search
a KYC.
If the customer type is corporate, the KYC
- Corporate Details screen appears.
If the customer type is individual, the KYC
- Personal Details screen appears.
On the navigation pane, under the
Link Analysis section, click the
Transaction Based link.
The KYC - Transaction Link Analysis
screen appears.
Specify the following field details.
Field |
Description |
From Date |
Select the date from the drop-down list, from when you want to search the transaction-linked data. The system searches the data against the transaction date that is order date. |
To Date |
Select the date from the drop-down list, till when you want to search the transaction-linked data. The system searches the data against the transaction date that is order date. |
Level of Nodes |
Select the level of nodes from the drop-down list to be viewed. For example, Mr. A has done transactions with Mr. B, Mr. X, and Mr. Y. (Level Node 1) Mr. B has done transactions with Mr. C, Mr. M, and Mr. O. (Level node 2) Mr. C has done transaction with Mr. Z. (Level node 3) If you select only one node should be displayed then the result is: If you select two nodes should be displayed then the result is: If you select three nodes should be displayed then the result is: |
Transaction Type |
Select the transaction type from the drop-down list. |
View Mode |
Select the view mode from the drop-down list. |
Click the Submit
button.
The KYC - Transaction Link Analysis
screen appears.
On the control pane, under the View Control section, perform the following:
Click the Distance +, Distance -, Zoom In, Zoom Out and/or Fit to Screen buttons to adjust the view.
Click the Print button to print the link analysis.
On the control pane, under the Analysis Control section, perform any one of the following:
Click the Default
button to display default customers in grey colour. For
example,
Click the Case
Reported button to display customers in green colour if any STR
is created on that customer. For example,
Click the Blacklisted
button to display customers in blue colour if customer is violated against
a black list. For example,
On the control pane, under the Analysis Control section, click the Save button to save linked customers.
