Modifying Corporate/Personal Details

Perform the following steps to modify corporate/personal details.

To modify corporate/personal details

  1. Search a KYC.
    If the customer type is corporate, the KYC - Corporate Details screen appears.
    If the customer type is individual, the KYC - Personal Details screen appears.

  2. On the navigation pane, under the Update KYC section, click the Personal/Corporate Details link.
    If the customer type is corporate, the Corporate Details screen appears.
    If the customer type is individual, the Personal Details screen appears.

  3. Modify the field details as required.

  4. Click the Update button.
    A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets updated.
    Or…
    A message about successful modification of the record appears.
