The system enables you to authorise/reject the actions performed by another user. The creators are not allowed to authorise/reject the same action they created. For example, if one employee from the XYZ branch modifies KYC details then it should be sent for authorisation, to another staff member from the same branch or to any one from the HO, as defined in the reporting structure.
You can authorise/reject actions of the following features:
Administration
KYC
Master
Rule
To authorise/reject actions
On the menu bar, click Authorise.
The Authorization screen appears.
Select the module from the Module Id drop-down list, that you want to authorise.
Click the Submit
button.
The list of actions to be authorised/rejected appears.
Click the Details
link of the appropriate action, to view the details of the same.
The details screen appears.
Click the Close button after viewing the details.
Click the option button against the action to be authorised/rejected on the Authorization screen.
Do any one of the following:
Click the Authorize
button.
The selected action gets authorised and the system accepts the
changes.
Click the Reject
button.
The selected action gets rejected and the system revert the changes.
