Maintaining Exempted TXN Type

The Exempted TxnType Master enables you to include or exclude any of the available transaction types from historical transaction profile (HTP) during EOD.

The system enables you to perform the following activities:

Excluding a Transaction Type from Historical Transaction Profile

You need to bring a transaction type to an active mode in order to exclude it from the HTP.

To exclude a transaction type from historical transaction profile

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click Exempted TxnType Master link.
    The Exempted TxnType Master screen appears.

  3. Select transaction type(s) to be excluded from the HTP, from the Types of Transactions list,

  4. Click the Add button.
    The status appears to be Active.

Including a Transaction Type in Historical Transaction Profile

You need to deactivate a transaction type to include it again in the HTP.

To include a transaction type in historical transaction profile

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click Exempted TxnType Master link.
    The Exempted TxnType Master screen appears.

  3. Click the Delete icon next to the transaction type to be included.
    The selected transaction type moves to the bottom of the table. The Active column displays NO indicating deactivation, and the Delete column displays Deleted.
