You can view SWIFT message scan statistics for a selected period. It gives detailed statistics of in messages, out messages, violated messages, and clean messages.
The message categories are as follows:
In messages: Total number of In messages, on the given date and time, is displayed.
Out messages: Total number of Out messages, on the given date and time, is displayed.
Violated messages: Total number of messages found violating rules and SDN scan is displayed. When violated message is pending, after verification you can put it on hold, block it, or authorise it.
Clean messages: Total number of clean messages that are released is displayed.
To take action on SWIFT scan statistics
On the navigation pane, click the
Swift Scan Statistics link.
The Swift Scan Statistics screen
appears.
Specify the following field details.

Click the Submit
button.
The SWIFT scan statistics for the specified period appears in table
form.
To view In messages
Click the appropriate
In Messages link of the message
that you want to view.
The IN Messages screen
appears.
Click the appropriate
Message ID: link of the message
that you want to view.
The Swift Transaction Details
window appears.
View the details as required.
Click the Close button to close the window.
Click the Back
to Statistics button.
The Swift Scan Statistics
screen appears.
To view Out messages
Click the appropriate
Out Messages link of the message
that you want to view.
The Out Messages screen
appears.
Click the appropriate
Message ID: link of the message
that you want to view.
The Swift Transaction Details
window appears.
View the details as required.
Click the Close button to close the window.
Click the Back
to Statistics button.
The Swift Scan Statistics
screen appears.
To view clean messages
Click an appropriate
Clean Messages link of the message
that you want to view.
The Swift Cleared Messages
screen appears.
Click the appropriate
Message ID: link of the message
that you want to view.
The Swift Transaction Details
window appears.
View the details as required.
Click the Close button to close the window.
Click the Back
to Statistics button.
The Swift Scan Statistics
screen appears.
Click the appropriate Pending
link of the message on which you want to take action.
The Violated Messages screen
appears.
Click the appropriate Message
ID link of the message on which you want to take action.
The Swift Transaction Details
window appears.
If the violation type
is SDN, then click the appropriate SDN
Id link of the Violation Details
table to view the details of that SDN.
The SDN Details appears in
another block table.
Type the Comments. This is a mandatory field.
Do any one of the following:
To keep the violations on hold
Click the On
Hold button.
A warning message appears.
Click the OK button to proceed.
To block the violations
Click the Block
button.
A warning message appears.
Click the OK button to proceed.
To authorise the violations
Click the Authorize
button.
A warning message appears.
Click the OK button to proceed.
