Maintaining Risk Associated with Transaction Type Master

You need to access the Transaction Type Risk master to maintain risks associated with transaction types.  Based on added transaction types, at the end of the day, scanning is done and violations appear in the Analysis module.

The system enables you to perform the following activities:

Adding a Transaction Type Risk

Perform the following steps to add a transaction type risk.

To add a transaction type risk

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Transaction Type Risk link.
    The Transaction Type Risk screen appears.

  3. Specify the following field details.

Field

Description

Transaction Type

Select the transaction type from the drop-down list, for which risk is to be added.

CashFlow Type

Select the cash flow type from the drop-down list.

Lower Range

Select the operator from the drop-down list, and type the lower range in percentage. This is a mandatory field.

Upper Range

Select the operator from the drop-down list, and type the upper range in percentage. This is a mandatory field.

Associated Risk

Select the associated risk rate to be assigned from the drop-down list.

Weightage

Type the weightage %. This is a mandatory field.

  1. Click the Add New button.
    A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets added.
    Or…
    The system adds transaction type risk to the list and a message about successful addition of transaction type risk appears on the Transaction Type Risk screen.

Modifying a Transaction Type Risk

The system enables you to modify transaction type risk.

To modify a transaction type risk

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Transaction Type Risk link.
    The Transaction Type Risk screen appears.

  3. Click the Transaction Type link of the transaction type to be modified.
    The fields are populated with the values of the transaction type to be modified and the Add New button changes to the Update button.

  4. Modify the field details as required.

  5. Click the Update button.
    A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets updated.
    Or…
    The system updates transaction type and a message about successful modification of transaction type risk appears on the Transaction Type Risk screen.

Deleting a Transaction Type Risk

The system enables you to delete transaction type risk.

To delete a transaction type risk

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Transaction Type Risk link.
    The Transaction Type Risk screen appears.

  3. Click the Delete icon next to the transaction type to be deleted.
    A warning message appears.

  4. Click the OK button.
    A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets deleted.
    Or…
    The system updates transaction type and a message about successful deletion of transaction type risk appears on the Transaction Type Risk screen.

Viewing Transaction Type Risk

The system enables you to view transaction type risk.

To view transaction type risk

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Transaction Type Risk link.
    The Transaction Type Risk screen appears.

  3. View the details as required.
