Maintaining Exempted Accounts Master

The exempted accounts master enables you to exempt accounts from a rule.

The system enables you to perform the following activities:

Adding exempted account

Perform the following steps to add exempted account.

To add exempted account

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Exempted Accounts link.
    The Exempted Rule Details screen appears.

  3. Specify the following field details.

Field

Description

Rule

Select the appropriate rule. This is a mandatory field.

Account No

Type the account number. This is a mandatory field.

Valid From

Type the date from when the exemption is valid. This date has to be less than the operation date. This is a mandatory field.

Valid Till

Type the date till when the exemption is valid. This is a mandatory field.

Reason

Type the reason for exemption. This is a mandatory field.

  1. Click the Add New button.
    A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets added.
    Or…
    The system adds details to the list and a message about successful addition of exempted account appears on the Exempted Rule Details screen.

Deleting Exempted Account

Perform the following steps to delete exempted account.

To delete exempted account

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Exempted Accounts link.
    The Exempted Rule Details screen appears.

  3. Click the View button.
    The list of exempted accounts appears.

  4. Click the Delete icon next to the exempted account to be deleted.
    A warning message appears confirming whether you want to delete associated entries.

  5. Click OK to proceed.
    A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets deleted.
    Or…
    The system deletes the exempted account and a message about successful deletion of exempted account
    appears on the Exempted Rule Details screen.

Viewing Exempted Accounts

Perform the following steps to view exempted account.

To view exempted accounts

  1. Access the Master module.

  2. On the navigation pane, click the Exempted Accounts link.
    The Exempted Rule Details screen appears.

  3. Select rule from the Rule list.

  4. Click the View button.
    The list of exempted accounts appears.

  5. View the details as required.
