Maintaining TxCode Master

The TxCode master is used to manage all drop-down lists and combo box record details, which are used by the various masters and processes.

The system enables you to perform the following activities.

Adding TxCode Value

Perform the following steps to add TxCode value.

To add a TxCode value

Access the Master module.
On the navigation pane, click the TxCode Master link.
The TxCode Master screen appears.
Specify the following field details.

Field	Description
TxCode Description	Select the TxCode to which value is to be added from the drop-down list. The TxCode appears.
TxCode Type	Type the TxType of the TxCode value. This is a mandatory field.

Click the Insert button.
A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets added.
Or…
The system adds TxCode master and a message about successful addition of TxCode master appears on the TxCode Master screen.

Perform the following steps to modify TxCode value.

To modify a TxCode value

Access the Master module.
On the navigation pane, click the TxCode Master link.
The TxCode Master screen appears.
Modify the following field details.

Field	Description
TxCode Description	Select the TxCode to which value is to be modified from the drop-down list.
TxCode	The system displays the TxCode.
TxCode Type	Modify the TxType of the value. This is a mandatory field.

Click the Update button.
A message about record successfully sent for authorization appears and after authorization the record gets updated.
Or…
The system adds TxCode master and a message about successful modification of TxCode master appears on the TxCode Master screen.

Perform the following steps to view TxCode values.

To view TxCode values

Access the Master module.
On the navigation pane, click the TxCode Master link.
The TxCode Master screen appears.
View the details as required.
