You can close a STR only if you have reported it.
To close a STR
On the STR
Management Navigator screen, click the Close
STR link.
The Summary Of STRs - Reported
screen appears.
Click the STR
Name link of the STR to be closed.
The View STR screen appears.
Specify the following field details.

Select this check box if you want to categorise STR based on the activity in account. | ||
Nature Of Transaction |
Select this check box if you want to categorise STR based on the nature of transaction. | ||
Value Of Transaction |
Select this check box if you want to categorise STR based on the value of transaction. | ||
Other Suspicion Reason |
Type the reason for suspicion. |
Do one of the following, if required:
Return to the View STR screen.

You can view the report by clicking the View PDF button, if required. |
Click the Close
STR button.
The STR Management Navigator
screen appears. The closed STR gets added in the CLOSED
category.
