If the sum of all the credit and the debit cash transactions for any customer for a month exceeds CTRCASHLIMIT as defined in the Sys Param Master and the individual cash transactions are less than CTRCASHLIMIT as defined in the Sys Param Master then they qualify to be accounted as CTR.
To report CTR transactions
On the navigation pane, click the
View CTR Transactions link.
The View CTR Transactions screen
appears, displaying the list of transactions falling between the default
Start Date and End
Date as displayed on the navigation pane, which are not commented
and reported.
To view other CTR transactions
On the navigation pane, specify the following field details.

Start Date |
Select the date from the drop-down list from when you want to search a CTR transaction. By default, the first date of the month that is one month prior to the system date appears. For example, if the system date is 10-Jun-2004 then, 1-May-2004 appears as start date. |
End Date |
Select the date from the drop-down list till when you want to search a CTR transaction. By default, the last date of the month that one month prior to the system date appears. For example, if the system date is 10-Jun-2004 then, 31-May-2004 appears as end date. |
Click the Search
button.
The search result appears.
Do one of the following:
To add comments
Select the Select check box against the CTR transactions for which comment is not added.
Click the Add
Comments button.
A separate window appears.
Type the Comment.
Click the Add
Comment button.
The View CTR Transactions
screen appears.

You can view the commented CTR transaction by selecting the Exception CTR check box on the navigation pane. |
To report the CTR transaction
Select the Select check box against the CTR transactions.
Click the Report
button.
A comment window appears.
Type the Comment.
Click the Add
Comment button.
The View CTR Transactions
screen appears.
To report all the CTR transaction at a time
Select the Select check box against the CTR transactions.
Click the ReportALL
button.
A comment window appears.
Type the Comment.
Click the Add
Comment button.
The View CTR Transactions
screen appears.
