You can report a STR only if some user sends it to you for approval.
To report a STR
On the STR
Management Navigator screen, click the Report
STR [MLRO] link.
The Summary Of STRs - New screen
appears.
Click the STR
Name link of the STR to be reported.
The View STR screen appears.
Specify the following field details.

Depending upon the hierarchy structure, names of the group(s)/individual(s) appear in this list. Select the group(s) and/or individual(s) to whom you want to send this STR for approval. This is a mandatory field.

Identity Of Client |
Select this check box if you want to categorise STR based on the identification of client. | ||

Activity in Account |
Select this check box if you want to categorise STR based on the activity in account. | ||
Nature Of Transaction |
Select this check box if you want to categorise STR based on the nature of transaction. | ||
Value Of Transaction |
Select this check box if you want to categorise STR based on the value of transaction. | ||
Other Suspicion Reason |
Type the reason for suspicion. |
Do one of the following, if required:
Return to the View STR screen.
Click the Report
button.
A separate window appears to specify comment.
Type the comments in the Action Taken field.
Click the Add
Comment button.
The File Download dialog box
appears.
Click the Save
button to save the file.
The Save As dialog box appears.
Select the location where you want to save the file, from the Save in drop-down list.
Type the name of the file in the File name field.
Click the Save
button.
Once download is complete, the file gets saved at the selected location.
Open the report file from the location
it is saved.
A separate report window appears.

You can view the report again by viewing the reported STR. On the View STR screen, click the View PDF button to view the report. |
View the report as required.
